The 3 page worksheet tasks students with calculating labour turnover, labour productivity, labour costs per unit and absenteeism rate for a fictional case study about a cupcake manufacturing business. Students then need to explain and analyse the figures with exam style questions. The worksheet carries 50 marks, and can be used as a in class exercise or set as a homework assessment.
