We’ll Meet Again is probably the most famous song of WW2.

This version is sung by Vera Lynn who became known as the
Forces Sweetheart when she travelled to sing for many soldiers
to keep their spirits up during wartime.

Vera Lynn was born in 1917 and has only just died in June 2020 at 103 years old.

When she was 97 she became the oldest person to top the charts with a collection of her songs entitled: Vera Lynn; National Treasure
