These resources are for 2 listening lessons on the Classical Concerto. They follow on from my overview lesson on the whole topic and the first two lessons on the Baroque Concerto which are also for sale.
The first lesson (titled lesson 4) has a starter complete the blanks task, a worksheet on the key features of the classical concerto, an activity to understand balanced phrases and the main task analyses three classical concertos.
The second lesson (titled lesson 5) covers the different structure forms, including sonata form and an activity analysing short melodies. It also contains two listening activities.
All answers are provided to the listening activities.
All powerpoints talk through the lessons activities but if you need further guidance please comment or drop me a message.
