Prelude 2 is a performance piece for solo instrument with piano accompaniment. The piano part is Bach’s Prelude in C. The solo instrumental part is original.
As Bach’s Prelude is straightforward to play, this piece is easily achievable by two students and makes an interesting concert item.
Included in the full resource is an MP3 of a computer realisation of the whole piece plus an MP3 of a backing track (with a count-in) so that the soloist may practise without the pianist. Also included are the full score plus a part for Bb instruments.
