Lesson breakdown:
Students should be able to identify the meaning of ‘private limited’ and ‘public limited’ and to be able to state advantages and disadvantages of both forms of ownership. Each activity aims to give students a basic understanding of the features of both forms of ownership, and encourages students to be able to identify the benefits and limitations of PLC’s and LTD’s.
