Students are a team of Human Resource advisors and you have been asked to assist Standor to appoint a new employee to fill the vacancy that has been advertised.

Students have six different hopeful applicants. Students must read through each of their application forms and letters and decide on the three most suitable candidates that you will invite to attend an interview. Use the shortlisting sheet provided to help.
