Italian Lesson Bundle : Family members, clothes and pets

This is a 5 lesson Italian unit for beginners, perfect for using with KS2. It teaches children family members, clothes, pets and pet descriptions. The final lesson in the unit revises lots of ‘All About Me’ vocabulary. All the lessons are highly interactive and allow children to practise a range of language skills.

Lesson 1 - Family Members

Children learn the vocabulary for grandad/grandmother/mother/father/brother and sister.

The plan gives details of a whole class game to use as a starter, how to teach the vocabulary, a paired speaking and listening activity, a whole class listening activity, a reading/writing activity and plenary.
