Shadow is a book by Michael Morpurgo. This book is at a 4.9 reading level, based off the Accelerated Reader scale. I designed this unit based on 5th grade standards, however, the pages are easily adaptable and you can pick and choose which ones are relevant for your class and the level of your students.
This product took approximately 35 hours to compile. It is broken into 5 sections. Each section includes at least one page of the following: reading comprehension, vocabulary, cross-curricular, and co-curricular activities. Some of the skills addressed in this unit are:
