This lesson / resource is for **Stock Control / Inventory Management ** with the following learning objectives and been designed for AS/AS/IB Business Studies.

Learning objectives/Outcomes:

• Know different types of stock
• Know the advantages and disadvantages of holding stock
• Understand what is meant by each of the key terms associated with the traditional stock control system.
• Understand the use of Just In Time (JIT) stock control

This lesson covers everything needed to fully understand, apply and evaluate Stock Control / Inventory Management methods .

All necessary resources to run the lesson are included in this download and all my lessons are for a double lesson i.e. to take around 1 hour and fifty minutes so they can be separated into two single lessons if required.
