T level Leadership and Management - Organisation

This resource is aimed at Year 2 students specialising as in Leadership and Management.

The resource covers Performance Outcome 2 for the following knowledge areas;
1.9 the importance of time management
1.10 time management tools and tecniques
1.11 prioritisation theories
1.12 planning tools and techniques

Additionally the following practical skills are developed within a project task:
2.6 managing competing priorities
2.7 managing own time

The resource contains;
5 x PowerPoint presentations (Approx 9 hours of teaching / learning)
Student activities built into the lessons
A project assessment, approx 14 hours of student time
