There are 10 sessions of guided reading in this document covering the first 91 pages of the book. Each session covers only a few pages at a time rather than a whole chapter. The idea is for the children to explore the text in more depth during a guided reading session. There are page numbers for each session are included with the questions which should make organising the work easier. The questions were originally aimed at Year 5 and 6 pupils but they may suit a greater depth group of Y4 pupils.
