This activity is suitable for distance learners. Answer the questions correctly and Christmas images appear. This spreadsheet will provide question practice for students on the topic factorising and solving quadratics (I would use factorisation to solve these). The spreadsheet will work using Microsoft Excel (desktop and online versions) and will also export to Google Sheets. The activity consists of 10 different quadratic equations to solve. The first 7 questions have no coefficient in front of the quadratic term. The final 3 questions do have a coefficient in front of the quadratic terms. I thought I would share this in case anyone else can make use of my activity. I note I have permission to use the images where required. Please delete the answers (in the green coloured filled cells) before distributing to students! (I also note the answers are available for Teachers in the Preview Pane of this resource on TES.)
