The slides are made to a high standard with original designs animated to be appealing to young people. The resource seemlessly guides pupils through the topic of cadences with visual and audio scaffolding built into the PowerPoint. (I have uplaoded all mp3s seperately, just in case!) The audio examples of cadences have two versions. One as normal, and another with the key degrees of the scale emphasised to teach pupils what to listen out for in recognition. As well as examples there are FIVE guess the cadence questions based on pure chords, and an additional FIVE worked into a musical phrase (as you would get in any exam board).
