This is a really fun craft to use when teaching students about life on a farm, farm animals, Old MacDonald, etc.
What is included:
1 farmer and 4 farm animals (cow, sheep, chicken and a dog)
a simple writing activity has been prepared which can be placed on the back of each puppet (grade 1 or 2) JK and K can just make the paper bag puppets and not do the writing activities.
Have created these so that the body will tuck under the flap of the paper bag and the face will fit on the flap of the paperbag.
please look at the preview
What you need:
paper, scissors, glue
brown paper bags (I bought mine in Michigan USA at a dollar store. They come 40 in a bag for $1.)
Size listed on bag: 5 1/8 x 3 1/8 x 10 5/8 inches or
13 x 7.9 x 27 cm
If your bag is a different size then just adjust your photocopying.
If you want coloured paper bags - . I just bought some small gift bags and cut off the handles. They are the same size as the brown paper bags, just a bit shorter.
Always make sure you download and save the project before printing! Sometimes customers just right click on the preview of a download and things don’t print properly!
