Currently, I am an English teacher in an 11-18 school, where I teach KS3-5. uniquely, I specialise in linguistics, and teach English Language at A Level. Over the last 6 Years i have gathered a range of skills surrounding pastoral management of KS3. I have undertaken roles for HOY and AHOY, and worked with students from different contextual backgrounds, with much success and enjoyment. For the last two years, i have worked as Head of Student Leadership and manged the whole school House system and the Student Council. I have created and embedded new House activities and provided a consistent and sustainable student voice. Lastly, I have run and led 20 non-residential school outings, and 7 residential trips to: PGL, New York, Washington and Toronto.
