Although a bit of a pfaff cutting things out, this resource can be laminated for future use. I've found this invaluable for demonstrating how mRNA is translated into a protein. Students can make the link between tRNA antocodons being specific for the amino acid they carry, and the process of translation at the ribosome. I asked one class to do this as a stop-frame animation, resulting in a lovely film they could keep to remember the process. Students complete against each other to complete all 8 challenges, with the final challenge answer being the clue to where the prize is hidden.
