Revision Success: A selection of highly-rated lessons and tools to help students succeed in exams, revise effectively, be prepared, well-organised and confident. These resources focus on the best way to revise, the different revision styles - what has been proven to work vs what doesn't, managing your time, building up your confidence and memory to succeed in exams and setting yourself personal goals and smart targets for revision, exam success and more. Each one lasts an hour and could be used in three 20 min tutor time sessions a week for a Study Skills focus.
It also focuses on how you can use the power of the mind to achieve success through self discipline and having a 'can-do' growth mindset. There is also a lesson on stress management and developing self discipline for any situation, including sticking to revision timetables!
These are designed to be used in form time but could be used in parts of any lesson.

Age restrictions in media PSHE
This 1 hour, very detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson is suitable for upper KS2 or lower KS3. It covers why we have age restrictions for games, media and online content, as well as restrictions for physical products like alcohol or vaping products. Created to fit the new DfE and PSHE Association statutory 2020 guidelines.
The lesson has been left editable and is filled with engaging, well differentiated and fun activities. It is designed to be ‘no prep’, so you can just pick it up and use it, although it is still adaptable should you wish to.

ONE YEAR OF RESOURCES - PSHE / PSE and RSE : 1 Year’s worth of Year 7 PSHE resources and all of the written schemes of work to go with them, mapped to the new PSHE Association guidance for the statutory 2020-22 changes. The written schemes of work are in the ‘Introduction to PSHE’ lesson.
Pack includes: 36 x fully resourced, highly-rated PSHE lesson packs and units. A detailed and well differentiated lesson which covers both content for Edexcel Citizenship GCSE 9-1 - Theme B ‘Democracy at Work’ (the Constitution) and also ‘Law and Justice’ (the Justice system in England and Wales) - Theme C. This lesson focuses on the roles and powers of the police as well as the different roles within the police. It also covers the structure of the force, as well as how it fits within the wider justice system.
The lesson includes a detailed PowerPoint, information packs, differentiated activity worksheets, differentiated challenge activities, exam questions with peer assessment mark-scheme and clips tasks. These resources have been designed to be engaging, detailed and easy to follow.

All About Me - EYFS PSHE lesson.
Created with a view to being delivered early on in the new school year, this fully resourced lesson is a perfect introduction to the PSHE curriculum and should serve as a helpful resource to settle children into a new environment. Whilst the lesson has been created with Reception in mind, the activities could be adapted for use with children in adjacent year groups.
In this lesson, the children will learn about their likes, dislikes, and the things that make us special and different from everyone else. We will listen to Super Duper You by Sophy Henn, before completing activities linked to the text.
The lesson includes a sing-along starter (to ensure a swift start to the lesson), a story focus with discussion prompts, an adult-led focus task, independent activities to be carried out during continuous provision, and a plenary task.
Created to fit the new DfE and PSHE Association statutory 2020 /21 guidelines, the lesson includes a detailed PowerPoint, all editable with accompanying tasks and worksheets.

New 2024 PSHE lesson all about ableism as well as visible and invisible disabilities and how people can be treated differently in work, school and public environments - sometimes breaking the Equality Act 2010.
Students will examine exactly what we mean by ableism, by exploring examples and case studies, with a focus on prejudice and discrimination. They will also establish the difference between purposeful ableism (e.g to save money in a workplace) and ableism from naivety. The lesson includes case studies, clip tasks, creative tasks, analysis and literacy tasks and much more. Created for KS3 but could be used as a reminder for KS4. Includes lesson plan.

Cosmetic surgery and surgical enhancements PSHE - a one hour, fully-resourced, detailed and differentiated PSHE lesson, created specifically for the new PSHE + RSE 2020-24 guidelines.
