12 pages of revision activities all with a focus on regional, local, regional and devolved government for the Democracy and Government section of the new GCSE 9-1 Citizenship spec. All these have been selected as stand alone activities from my Citizenship GCSE lessons and can be printed out and given as a 12 page revision guide which students can use at home, or printed individually and set as revision homeworks.

Pancake Day / Shrove Tuesday lesson pack - suitable for KS2 or possibly younger students in KS3.
In this lesson the students will investigate the religious significance of Shrove Tuesday, Lent, and the Bible story that inspires the tradition.

This lesson investigates the correct use of pronouns and also the rise of neo-pronouns. It invites students to make their own minds up about how useful neo-pronouns are and explains the correct use of pronouns for transgender people under the UK Equality Act, as a protected characteristic. It also talks about the use of pronouns and neo-pronouns between students, as well as how schools are advised by the government as of 2023 to handle changes in pronouns.

Independence EYFS PSHE lesson.
A detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson suitable for EYFS/Reception age children. This lesson has been designed for use with children in Reception, however, the PowerPoint and activities could be adapted for use with other age groups.
In this lesson, the children will learn about independence and different ways that they can start to become more independent. The children will learn the importance of trying to do things on their own, even if they struggle at first. We will discuss jobs or roles that children can start to try for themselves, such as managing personal needs and doing chores at home. We will also highlight that for safety reasons, some jobs or activities should only be done by adults.
The lesson includes a sing-along starter (to ensure a swift start to the lesson), a story with accompanying questions, an adult-led focus task, independent activities to be carried out during continuous provision, and a plenary task.
Created to fit the new DfE and PSHE Association statutory 2020 /21 guidelines, the lesson includes a detailed PowerPoint, all editable with accompanying tasks and worksheets.
The lesson has been left editable and is filled with engaging activities. It is designed to be ‘no prep’, so you can just pick it up and use it, although it is still adaptable should you wish to.

What is Social Media?
A one hour-long, very detailed, fully resourced PSHE lesson that have been created for Year 5, but is suitable for use across KS2.
. In this lesson, the students will learn about the different forms of social media as well as the reasons why people are drawn to using it. We will discuss both the benefits and risks associated with social media platforms, as well as highlighting the implications of online safety laws including COPPA and the Online Safety Act 2023.
The lesson includes a starter activity, a task to assess the students’ prior knowledge, a card sorting task, a video clip activity, a creative task, and a review based plenary.
Created to match both the 2020 and the 2024 proposed statutory guidelines, the lesson includes a detailed PowerPoint, all editable with accompanying tasks and worksheets. Units are divided into half-terms, with schemes of work included. A detailed and well differentiated lesson which covers both content for Edexcel Citizenship GCSE 9-1 - Theme C ‘Law and Justice’ (the Justice system in England and Wales). This lesson focuses on the roles and powers of the judiciary - especially those of judges and magistrates. It also examines the impartiality and fairness of the justice system.
The lesson includes a detailed PowerPoint, information packs, differentiated activity worksheets, differentiated challenge activities, exam questions with peer assessment mark-scheme and clips tasks. These resources have been designed to be engaging, detailed and easy to follow.
