This is an entire lesson and contains a reading task. It follows on from my initial Article 8 lesson, being the second of 4. It is designed to take a 2 hour period.

This lesson introduces Article 8 to students. It includes a reading task, as well as discussion tasks. I introduce Article 8 as the first Article as it is relatively easy compared to the others! There will be around 4 lessons which follow on from each other, with this being the 1st. This lesson is designed to take 2 hours.

This lesson is around 2 hours. It covers key cases that show when Article 10 can be intefered with and includes balancing rights. There are some readings, which have links added to them. There is also a task included to complete a scenario plan.

This lesson is 2-hours long and covers how the UK protects and interferes with Article 10. There are many links to sources included in the notes, and also a task which may require the new OCR textbook.

This is a booklet containing the 5 Articles covered in the OCR spec. It also includes Article 1 for notes surrounding the obligations placed on the state. It is free To be used to facilitate note-taking at A-Level, with cases, statutes etc to be annotated around the outside of the definitions.
