Eduqas English Language Paper 1 lesson that focuses on how a writer builds up tension towards the end of a text and looks at the anti-climatic final paragraph. A fully differentiated and resourced lesson that helps students to analyse a text for building a sense of tension. This fully differentiated and resourced lesson for both KS3 and KS4 students focusses in on building a consistent tone within creative writing. Homework tasks for English GCSE, in preparation for Edexcel English Language Paper 2 Section A. Students are provided with six weeks’ worth of homework and given a choice of three differentiated task for each week. Topics included are: identifying similarities, language analysis, comparing non-fiction texts, terminology, structure analysis and more.
