This is a list of all the challenging and interesting vocabulary from Stave 3 of Dickens’ novella. I assigned a word to each of my students during the register for them to define and write example sentences as a challenge. While we read and annotate, their job is to teach the class what their word means, then we explore the effects. I hope you found this resource helpful! Feedback would be gratefully received :)
