New Year Math: This Math Mystery – Case of The Millennium Bug (GRADE 3 US Common Core Aligned) - will engage and motivate your students to get back into their math work after the break!
As the clock struck twelve into the new year last night, something catastrophic happened all over Mathhattan! Every single computer went berserk, dates flipping back prior to the year 2000 and errors constantly flashing that our current time zone does not exist. A hacker is clearly behind this fake Millennium Bug attack. This New Year a great detective is needed to help find who is behind this cybercrime!
In this New Year Math Mystery, the Grade 3 Common Core skills covered are:
- CLUE 1: Multiplication Word Problems
- CLUE 2: Mixed Multiplication Facts (Between 1-12)
- CLUE 3: Addition (3-Digit Numbers, some with regrouping)
- CLUE 4: Dividing by 2
- CLUE 5: Perimeter (Customary and Metric Options Provided)
