I am a young teacher with fresh and up-to-date methodologies and strategies that will bring an exciting presence to my classroom. I have been employed since March 2022 and I have taught at schools with very low academic performance, and challenging behavior and have still excelled and been able to inspire them to learn and become the best version of themselves. I have also taught students who are brilliant and wise beyond their years and who admittedly have even taught me a few things. My teaching philosophy is that 'every child can learn but not in the same way and not on the same day', hence I am able to adapt to accommodate the majority of my learners. I believe that I can shine in whatever position I am placed in and can make a change to whatever situation. I am confident that I am a good fit for this role.
