Eight weeks of training plans leading into your first sprint triathlon. Each weekly plan is broken down into daily exercises, which have specific training levels (easy, hard, really hard), so it’s easy to understand. The plans can be followed exactly or used as a guide to prepare anyone for their first short distance triathlon. Most days have just one activity lasting no more than 60 minutes, with the exception of some weekends, and each week has at least one rest day.
