BTEC LEVEL 1/LEVEL 2 TECH AWARD COMPONENT 2: THE PRINCIPLES OF TRAINING, NUTRITION AND PSYCHOLOGY FOR SPORT AND ACTIVITY Lesson 4 covers 4 of the fitness tests. Once I went through the tests with the class they they carried out the tests the next lesson - filling in their fitness testing booklet (See other resource)
