I would like to remind you that everything can come up on Paper 3, so a quick caveat that this is just a guide and specification points can be assessed twice, but I hope it provides a bit of help in directing your revision efforts a bit more effectively.

Here are three versions of the Pearson Edexcel IGCSE Chemistry Syllabus (4CH1) which have been adapted for the Summer 2022 examination series. These have been included as Word documents so that you can copy and paste the specification points into your own notes. Included: A complete version of the syllabus, where the topics that won’t be assessed have been removed. A syllabus for the Paper 1C exam, where the topics that won’t be assessed have been removed and the “major focus” topics have been highlighted. Any topics that haven’t been highlighted have been identified by Pearson Edexcel as being “low tarrif”.
