A succinct revision resource designed to explore pupil knowledge of the AQA GCSE Biology Ecology Unit 6. The resource is broken into 3 sides (which I turn to A3), and covers all key areas of the unit.
This resource makes a great lesson (with regular intervals to run through ideas), or as a homework to complete as part of revision.
This resource doesn't cover separate only content, but can be used by separate scientists to consolidate ideas.

A 4 lesson scheme of work covering the new for 2016 AQA GCSE Biology topic Photosynthesis. This makes up half of the bioenergetics unit of work.
This scheme covers specification points: 4.4.1.1 (photosynthetic reaction), 4.4.1.2 (rate of photosynthesis), required practical activity 6 - investigate the effect of light intensity on the rate of photosynthesis using aquatic organism such as pondweed, and 4.4.1.3 (use of glucose from photosynthesis).
This scheme aims for pupils to find out the equation for photosynthesis themselves by carrying out the required practical to see what plants need and looking at factors that effect photosynthesis.
