Used with a 5th Year/Year 11 class at a high performing school (A/A* targets). Used over a half term along with reading the novel. PowerPoint about 60 slides with quotes, tasks, context, assessments and revision. Various worksheets and revision notes attached.

AQA Love and Relationship Poetry. Analysis and comparison of Neutral Tones, Letters From Yorkshire, Eden Rock, Invictus, Walking Away, Do not go gentle into that good night and Follower. Useful for both the AQA poetry anthology and unseen poetry comparison. WA and Follower are fully annotated along with supporting questions and resources. Invictus/Do not go include group activities and a range of challenging questions. Used for observations with very good feedback. Should last about five or more lessons.

Comprehensive (120+ slides) PowerPoint looking at Macbeth - divided into acts with plenty of activities and supplementary material in preparation for the new AQA GCSE. It is an extensive study of the play regardless of exam board. Resources and selected scenes are attached, as well as possible assessment material. This has been used with both Year 10 and 11 this year and provided plenty of work for a term.

Comprehensive unit of work for AQA Language Paper Two. Used over a half term with my Year 10 class (mixed ability) so plenty of support and challenge.. Resources are attached and will be especially useful due to the lack of non-fiction extracts available.
