This lesson consists of: A weekly arithmetic test where children solve addition and subtraction calculations including those with missing numbers as today’s starter. An Interactive Whiteboard introduction for both Notebook and ActivInspire flipchart revising the language of time and teaches the names and order of the months of the year. This is then extended to allow the children to recognise which months form part of which seasons.
