GCSE Recall Worksheet - Speed, distance, time Equation

(0)
A recall worksheet for students to recall and practice using the speed, distance, time equation. The worksheet is designed to take 10 minutes of a lesson. Aimed at mid/low ability GCSE students or KS3 students. The worksheet is differentiated into 4 sections, the first two sections are aimed at recalling the equation and units, then applying knowledge to question, finally answering a GCSE exam style question. The resource contains a slide with the worksheet on that can be easily printed and a slide with the answers on that can be displayed on the screen.

GCSE Recall and Retrieval Grids - Physics

(0)
This resource is a powerpoint containing 8 recall grids with answers (16 slides in total). They were designed for the new GCSE Edexcel Combined Science spec but could also be used with the GCSE AQA trilogy spec. Each recall grid contains 10 questions with a section for the student to answer and a section to correct their answers. This is to encourage students that lack confidence to attempt the questions. The grids can be printed out or displayed on the screen. They could be used as a starter or exit ticket to assess understanding. They could also be given out periodically to ensure students are remembering key knowledge.

GCSE Physics Equations Recall and Retrieval Grids

(0)
A set of 20 recall grids with answers. There is a grid covering each of the 20 physics equations that students need to be able to recall at GCSE level. This resource can be used for AQA or Edexcel combined science courses. The grids contain 6-7 questions that gradually get more difficult. The first few questions ask students to recall the equation and the units needed. Students will then be asked to rearrange the equation and to apply the equation to answer some questions. This could be used in many different ways; as a starter task, as a plenary, as homework, as an activity in a lesson, as a revision resource for students. Equations covered include: Speed Wave speed x2 Acceleration x2 Momentum Density Weight Efficiency Work done Gravitational potential energy Kinetic energy Energy transferred Charge Ohms law Power x4 Spring constant
