I use this resource for students completing an Art and Design course. It is a 3 page PowerPoint that I print out and use as an Initial Assessment questionnaire with visuals, which may be useful for students with SEN. It is a good way to gauge what Art activities the students have/haven’t tried before and if there is any they wouldn’t like to do. This is a great way to inform the planning of your Art course and be inclusive to any potential sensory needs for SEN students.

They are usually placed in front the accompanying NOCN Painting Entry Level 3 Portfolio Assessment Sheets (which are an opportunity for students to provide photographic evidence for their qualification).
