This resources includes titles, images, artists and information about Art movements across time. These display resources are great to create a visual time line of key movements in Art history, and allows students to gain a deeper understanding of them. 2 variations of the time line information are available, one containing all Art movement information including artists names and images, and one with just the information speech bubbles. (Recommended printing size to match display board pictured is A4, however, this may vary depending on your display board measurements) NOTE: The titles for each movement (Timeline letters PDF) need to be printed and stuck together. I have created the document in this way to save space and paper when printing. Any questions about constructing the titles just let me know. A more indepth lesson for teaching student about Colour Theory, including Primary, Secondary, Tertiary, Warm, Cool, Complimentary and Analogous Colours. Students have the oppitunity to complete a Colour Wheel showing Primary, Secondary and Tertiary colours and their placement. This can be completed in watercolour or poster paints to allow students to learn to mix all colours using just the 3 primary ones. This Powerpoint includes a Do now task, main task, and a plenary focusing on self-assessment and understanding the success criteria for Colour Theory and material application. A Powerpoint and PDF version are available once purchased, so it can be changed to fit your needs. A simple yet effective lesson for teaching student about the basics of Colour Theory, focusing and just Primary, Secondary, Warm and Cool Colours.
