A simple differentiated success criteria for children writing a diary entry in Year 5. Also contains an adapted sheet for peer-assessment, where children are self and peer assessing. This is a word document so an extra column could easily be added for teacher assessment.

You will need physical Base 10 Blocks or similar (e.g. printed bar models) for the children to use alongside this worksheet.
