Adult-led Harvest Festival (Script, PowerPoint + Booklet)

(0)
Adult-led Harvest Festival (Script, PowerPoint + Booklet) Suitable for Primary School This Harvest festival service/assembly is great if there is an adult speaker, if not, check out this child-led service here. I would recommend purchasing the adult-led OR the child-led version, as they are similar. This high-quality resource includes a simple 10-slide PowerPoint that accompanies the script and service booklet. The script, PowerPoint and booklet can be used for a lovely Harvest Festival. The Script is 1040 words long and will create a service of approximately 30-40 minutes long. The script has been written with the intent of the service being led by one adult speaker. However the script can be totally adapted to add or take away parts. The script includes involvement from children through singing songs and displaying art work. However, these sections can be taken out if you wish. There are five parts to the service: Part 1 - Welcome Part 2 - Our Chosen Charity Part 3 - Being Thankful Part 4 - The Farmer and the Seeds (parable) Part 5 - Closing Thanks As well as four songs for children to sing, which can all be accessed off YouTube. The songs can be swapped to ones children are familiar with. The service ends with a prayer. Also included is a service booklet that can be give out to visitors and parents! White Rose Maths - Early Years - Find My Pattern

White Rose Maths - Early Years - Find My Pattern White Rose Maths - Early Years - Summer - Phase 3 - Weeks 7, 8, 9 Suitable for Early Years Please note: this planning is based off of the previous version of White Rose Maths. They have since updated their scheme, however a lot of the themes overlap. This detailed planning (4539 words) has links to the NEW EYFS 2021 Framework and includes lots of fun activities, all of which are practical and engaging! Most of the learning takes place through a play based approach. The planning has a new format that it makes it more practical for everyday use in an Early Years setting. The front page of the document highlights the development matters/ ELG statements that are being met. As the White Rose SOL for the summer term is more formal than the previous two terms, I have tried to ensure that this planning is still fun and engaging, but includes the use of more maths manipulatives and encourages children to record more of their findings. So this planning has a slightly different layout then the Autumn and Spring terms. The main planning includes 5 minute warm ups for each of the weeks, an input for each day of the week and an adult-focus activity for each day of the week too. There is also a suggested ‘digging deeper’ section. This planning does NOT include the resources, they are available to purchase here. You can still use the planning without the resources, but the resources will save you a lot of time. The WALTS covered are: Week 7 – Doubling Understand what doubling means. Double within 5. Double within 10. Recognise whether something has been doubled. Week 8 – Sharing and Grouping Share evenly between 2 groups. Share evenly between groups. Group objects. Compare even and uneven groups. Week 9 – Even and Odd, and Spatial Reasoning Find even and odd numbers. Make even numbers. Make odd numbers. Use positional language. The next unit will be uploaded shortly! Please leave a review if you are happy with this product; I would really appreciate it. I would love to hear what you think of the new format, or if you have any questions or comments please email me on BackToBalanceTES@hotmail.com © 2023, MrsRosieTeach This planning is based upon the White Rose Early Years SOL, but it is NOT affiliated with or in collaboration with White Rose Maths.

White Rose Maths - Early Years - On the Move White Rose Maths - Early Years - Summer - Phase 4 - Weeks 10, 11, 12 Suitable for Early Years Please note: this planning is based off of the previous version of White Rose Maths. They have since updated their scheme, however a lot of the themes overlap. This detailed planning (3108 words) has links to the NEW EYFS 2021 Framework and includes lots of fun activities, all of which are practical and engaging! Most of the learning takes place through a play based approach. The planning has a new format that it makes it more practical for everyday use in an Early Years setting. The front page of the document highlights the development matters/ ELG statements that are being met. The White Rose SOL for the summer term is more formal than the previous two terms. However, as these last three weeks fall on the last three weeks of the academic year, these three weeks have been planned to give the children an opportunity to apply all of their mathematical knowledge that they have learnt this year, whilst having lots of fun. I have listed a range of activities that the children could do throughout the week to apply their knowledge. This is a great chance for you to spend lots of time focusing on anything you think the children need to work more on, and address misconceptions. So this planning has a slightly different layout then the previous Summer weeks. The main planning includes 5 minute warm ups for each of the weeks, an input for each day of the week and suggested activities for the week. This planning does include the resources, as there aren’t many for this unit. There is one resource and a 66-slide PowerPoint with maths starters! The WALTS covered are: Week 10 – Patterns and Relationships Make patterns Identify patterns Notice relationships between numbers Notice relationships between shapes Week 11 – Spatial Reasoning Describe a familiar route Discuss the position of objects Use a simple map Week 12 – Deepening Understanding Apply our mathematical knowledge Solve real-life problems Please leave a review if you are happy with this product; I would really appreciate it. All of the resources needed for the main activity and input are either listed or included. The WALTS covered are: Week 7 – 1 2 3 Know what 1 2 and 3 looks like.
