This interactive resource introduces pupils to shapes and patterns. There are a series of activities, all of which test pupils' ability to place shapes in a particular order. Pupils will also learn to differentiate between colours. The lesson can be simulated in the classroom using building blocks.
This resource pack teaches pupils how to create a scatter diagram. It is split into sections taking pupils through the process step by step allowing them to interact with the resource before showing them the answers. Pupils can plot the data and draw the line of best fit then use the graph to estimate particular values. Packaging is a series of Powerpoints that form a Unit of Work that supports the teaching of Design, in particular Packaging. Packaging is aimed at developing the skills needed to understand the process of Packaging and how to design a suitable product that fits the needs of the consumer. The aim is for the pupils to study the process of packaging, use 3D shapes from nets, develop their own ideas and design a cereal packet.
