File Management Activity Booklet
A computer science activity which helps students to gain a better understanding of how to effectively organise their document files as well as an overview of the different file types and file extensions they may encounter.

A Jeopardy style general science quiz. The 27 slide PowerPoint quiz is fully editable.
Categories included:
biology
chemistry
physics
geology
astronomy
How to play:
Have a student or group select a category, for example ‘biology’ and then an amount, for example ‘100’.
If the student or group gets the answer correct they receive 100 points. If they get it incorrect they lose 100 points.
Repeat until all the questions have been completed.
The winner is the student or group with the most points.
The value for each question which has been chosen will be highlighted on the master category grid so that students know which questions have already been asked.

How to Play:
Provide each student with a bingo sheet. Laminate a class set of the bingo sheets if you wish.
Have students circle a set number of words with an erasable white board marker or similar. You can circle more or less words depending on time.
Read out the clues provided and have students place a cross through the circled word.
The first student to get all of the clues raises their hand or shouts “bingo” or both!
