I have a wealth of resources that are aimed primarily at KS4 and KS5; however, there are some useful KS3 tasks that have been uploaded this year. Topics at KS5 include: Russia and its Rulers, 1855-1941; Later Tudors, 1547-1603; Popular Culture and the Witchcraze of the 16th and 17th Centuries; Italian Unification, 1830-1870; and Germany, 1890-1990.
As well as History, I also have a few resources relating to Geography and ICT that some users may find helpful.

A flowchart detailing the causes of the French Revolution. Students are tasked with completing the gapfill and creating a doodle to represent each stage; this is particularly useful for visual learners. I have also included answers, marked in red.
Students will examine a timeline of Stalin's rise to power and must answer relevant questions. This was intended for the AQA GCSE History B Topic: Stalin's Russia, 1924-1941; however, it can easily be adapted for any GCSE or A Level topic on Stalin's rise to power.
This resource is intended for use with the new AQA GCSE unit: Restoration England, 1660-1685.
Included are two sample mock exams that I have put together. I have not included questions on the Historical Site as this will change with each year; however, I have created two interpretation questions on the Fire and Plague that fit the model used by AQA. These mock exams can be used after one Half Term's worth of work. There is no coverage of Wars, Trade or Restoration Culture - these will need to be assessed towards the end of the course.
This is a worksheet intended for use with the legacy AQA GCSE; however, it is also suitable for the new GCSE specification. Students should be introduced to Stalin's rise to power and his methods of consolidating his leadership, they can then complete this simple Gap Fill using their text books or class notes.
Answers are provided. Please also see the second gap fill on Stalin's rise to power and the early purges from my shop.

A summary sheet, intended to be printed on A3, that covers the Restoration England topic on the Great Plague (from the new GCSE unit, Restoration England: 1660-1685). Students should use the text book to complete the tables, gap fill exercises, notes and questions. All answers are in the text book.
After this lesson the students will need to explore the impact of the Plague.
Based around two units from a Year 7 SOW focusing on Norman England (this can be found in my shop). Students are given a range of 1 or 2 mark knowledge questions on dates/names/events/definitions associated with The Battle of Hastings and Norman England. This form of assessment would be in addition to knowledge and source essays to practise the skills required for studying History.
Also included is a sheet with answers to all of the questions. The test is 35 questions long (35 marks).
Several resources to create a 'World Governments' display as part of KS3/KS4 History or Politics. Students were introduced to the various forms of government that exist/have existed and then given the task of researching a particular country. They included the flag of the country, basic information and a summary of their type of government. This formed the basis of our Year 9 work on Electoral Reform in Britain.
Also included are titles, display questions and other information sheets to add to the display. The only thing required is a map of the world (and, if desired, a summary of the different government types). As our display was quite small I took a map of the world from the internet and enlarged this to A3. I also intend to mark the countries that have been researched on the map, and have the students find which one is which; you could also use string to label each one.
This resource is intended to be used alongside other resources relating to the OCR A Level topic: Popular Culture and the Witchcraze.
This revision table should be used at the very end of the course, or could be completed section-by-section as students work through the content. The table lists the most common themes that feature in the course down one side, with the 3 case studies (+ Europe) appearing along the top. This table will therefore help students when writing thematic questions, as they should ensure that they can draw content from a wide geographical and chronological area.
A selection of resources related to the AQA History specification; specifically the Britain: Health and the People unit of work. The worksheets include tasks on key renaissance individuals (Pare, Vesalius, Harvey etc.) as well as Jenner and general renaissance discoveries. Students will need their blue Hodder text books to complete these tasks and may also require internet access for research.
A number of resources relating to the new AQA GCSE unit, Britain: Health and the People, c.1000-Present. Although these worksheets have been specifically designed for AQA, they could be adapted to suit any ‘medicine through time’ unit from another exam board. However, many of the worksheets require the blue Health and the People textbook from Hodder.
Included are various worksheets, PowerPoint presentations, assessment activities and a bumper exam pack (filled with possible questions). These worksheets/activities are designed to supplement other work on medicine and public health.
Part 1 of a four-part resource on the Unification of Italy (Parts 2-4 coming 2017/18). These resources are designed to suit the introductory topics of the 'Unification of Italy' unit from Edexcel.
Included are detailed PowerPoint presentations, revision diagrams for note-taking, a thorough 40+ page set of teacher notes and other worksheets. These resources would be invaluable for any teacher who is teaching this unit at A Level (or AS level) and would be an ideal supplement to other material on the topic.
A set of resources relating to the A-Level unit: Germany, 1871-1990 from Edexcel; however, the material could be adapted to suit most exam boards.
Included is a set of detailed PowerPoint presentations relating to the 'social change' breadth topic; specifically these materials relate to the period up until 1919 (later periods will be covered in future resources, so please keep an eye on my shop!) Also included are a couple of blank revision diagrams that students can use during the teaching process.
These resources would be invaluable for any teacher teaching this Edexcel unit. They provide an excellent supplement to existing materials on this topic.
Various resources relating to the AS/A Level topic: Unification of Italy, c.1830-1870 from Edexcel.
Included is a detailed PowerPoint that introduces the topic of nationalism and major thinkers of the period in Italy. There are also handouts that supplement this work, where students can use their course textbook to make notes/answer questions on the viewpoints of the different political/social groups in Italy.
These resources would be perfect as part of a much larger unit of work on Italian unification (this section covers 1830-1847).
A number of resources relating to AQA's Britain: Health and the People unit. These relate to Q4 of the exam paper, which asks students to draw out themes from the course. Included is a revision table where students can make notes on each of the 4 chronological sections of the course; blow this up to A3 to allow enough room for notes. I have also included a guide to Q4 along with an exemplar answer written by a student of mine.
