This lesson is the ninth lesson in the second theme of the new WJEC/ Eduqas 2016 specification for geography. This lesson looks at why we have a housing crisis and what solutions there are to slow down the crisis. One of these solutions are garden cities in which we look in detail and look at Plasdwr as our garden city. This case study will also form part of the greenfield development case study. Exam practise on “To what extent” and “How far do you agree?” questions is done throughout to help pupils practise a really hard exam question type. A test that assesses pupils understanding of the river’s section of THEME 1. This test uses past exam questions from WJEC and AQA (because the question format is fairly similar) exam boards. This lesson focus on changing the subject of a formula. The lesson pack includes a PPT, a worksheet and an extensions tasks (all with answers). The PPT has a starter which focuses on exam practice, a range of examples that cover different types of changing the formula questions and a plenary to give pupils time to reflect on the lesson.

This lesson is the first lesson in the second theme of the new WJEC/ Eduqas 2016 specification for geography. This lesson covered a basic overview of what vocabulary they need to know for the 2.1 key question (this is done as a starter), looks at sparsely populated areas and densely populated areas in Wales and looks migration with push and pull factors (helps pupils understand the basic link between urban and rural area). 3 weeks of maths homework for year 7. The homework is non-calculated and can be used as revision ready for a Maths Test or end of year test. It can also be used for the National Numeracy Tests in Wales. I have also given a copy of the blank table so you can create your own homework for a topic or for some revision. You can also use these sheets as a starter or a plenary. Please, can you leave a comment for any improvements or anything that is good about it?

The following revision guide covers everything that pupils would need to know for the theme 3 topic. In this revision guide, it gives exam tips, definitions that they may need to know, chapter review questions to test pupils understanding of the chapter and attached at the back of the booklet is past exam questions on the unit. This booklet, however, doesn't cover any case studies as I know personally different schools cover different things.

Adapted revision and exam practise sheets from amysearle83. This is week 4 of the new skills and content based questions that will help to refine pupils exam technique and help to identify any gaps in their knowledge for the new WJEC/ WJEC Eduqas Specification A course. Most of the questions will either be from past papers, exam practise questions from the revision guide or questions from other sources.
