3 resources included in this package. Analytical notes on Pan organised through SOLO Taxonomy descriptors showing students what is needed to be proficient eat each level. A borderline Non-Achieved / Achieved Pan essay on character development. I have found this resource to be useful in illustrating the difference between a plot-driven essay. Students are able to edit the document and provide relevant analysis. Editable document showing how to integrate analytical comments into an essay. Again, this is useful for students who tend to ‘tell the story’. The scene analysed is Ofelia and the Toad. Resources designed for NCEA Level 3, NZ Curriculum, but can be adapted to any film analysis of Pan’s Labyrinth.
