Growth-mindset goals are uniquely actionable and focus on the small steps of growth. In this unit, students will identify the differences between learning and performance goals, practice setting goals by categories, set and analyze SMART and AMPS goals, engage in backward planning, and experience how little changes in habits can lead to big changes in growth and achievement.
