This lesson supports the KS3 Geography curriculum by showing students how and why world populations have developed over time. The lesson allows students to be reflective learners, independent researchers and provides a basis for them to understand statistical information. Students are encouraged to show their knowledge in different ways through three stages of AFL, prior knowledge, mid lesson knowledge stop and final review of the LO.
