There are two very similar stories about a trip to Svalbard, firstly, written in the present simple and changed to the past simple using regular verbs. There is then a short pronunciation activity and a summary of the spelling rules. Secondly, the story is rewritten, this time using irregular verbs. There is a matching game using irregular verbs in the present and past forms. Included are two word documents so that the activities can be copied, cut out and used as hands on activities by the students.
