A lesson for AQA 4.4 Atomic Structure physics GCSE. Designed for distance learning during CV19 so that all the resources the student needs is on one document. Could be adapted after classes return for a classroom based lesson. The excellent worksheets were not made by me but taken from tes so long ago I cannot remember. Thank you to the original author!
At the end of the ppt I reference a ‘Show My Homework’ quiz. The quiz has been published on SMHW so if you use SMHW then search ‘Nuclear Equations Knowledge Check’ and you should be able to find the quiz.

Jurassic Land 1
The first part of a 3-part project designed for an able yr8 group. This is designed for distance learning during covid19 but could be adjusted for regular classroom use once things return to normal.
Has a lesson ppt focused around DNA and reading ‘dino DNA’. Introduces the ideas of codons (base triplets in DNA). Some of the tasks in here are magpied from other areas and collated together so thanks to those that originally made them. The class enjoyed it so thought to share.

It has been designed to fit the** AQA Synergy Spec** (4.7.1: Force and motion) but shares this content with the trilogy and separate sciences. Note that these resources are mostly catered to the foundation tier so you will need to add a bit to the momentum lesson. It could be adjusted to suit classroom teaching once things return to normal. Hope these save you some time.
