The final question on the paper 1 reading exam. This a 10 mark question. Aimed at getting a grade 5-6. Based on the first chapter of the novel JAWS by Peter Benchley. The exam question is 'Read the whole extract. “‘The shark is the villain in the book but the writer also shows you what an impressive and beautiful animal it is.’ To what extent do you agree?”

A 70-slide PowerPoint on the GCSE English Language paper 2 reading exam. I have created an exam paper, extracts and PowerPoint based on the climbing documentary, ‘Free Solo’. The film follows climber Alex Honnold, as he prepares to achieve his lifelong dream: climbing the face of the world’s most famous rock … the 3,200-foot El Capitan in Yosemite National Park…without a rope!
