I am a science teacher passionate about teaching Earth Science, Geology, Geography and Oceanography and sharing my science material/products to a wider audience.
My main focus is middle and high school, but since ability levels and needs vary widely, materials found in my shop may be useful to students from other grade levels.
I am also selling my educational resources on TpT website but under a different name, so in case you see the same resources there, it doesn't mean that they were copied.

WORLD GEOGRAPHY INTERNET SCAVENGER HUNT
This internet scavenger hunt (webquest) is a great way for students to learn about the geography of the world and other fun facts and trivia questions, while enhancing their internet research skills. For example: Which river flows through London?; Which country starts with the letter “Q”?; On which continent is the Andes Mountains located?; What country has the most natural lakes?
An ANSWER KEY and teacher directions are provided. The Internet scavenger hunt can be done as a whole class, in small groups, individually and even at home as part of distance or remote learning.
This resource is not only google classroom friendly, but also includes printable and editable formats (PDF and Word). Choose the format that best fits your needs.
This internet scavenger hunt was designed specifically for middle school students but can be “scaled up and down” to suit other grade levels by simply increasing or reducing the number of questions the students need to answer.
I have included two versions of the same scavenger hunt. There is a ‘long version’ with sixty questions in total, and a ‘shorter version’ covering the same questions but broken down into three separate scavenger hunts (20 questions eahc). Your students can do all three scavenger hunts or just do one, depending on the time available.
Be sure to follow my TES shop and don’t forget to leave feedback if you like my product or have suggestions to how I can improve it.
