Tables chart

Three levels, three groups of tables. Fun way to keep track of your student’s table knowledge. I date and place a sticker in each star when a student has passed their times table challenge. The students have to pass the challenge twice for each group of tables (yearly objectives) before moving on. Eventually moving on to the next level. A helpful resource for when you need to assess key objectives as it’s a record of their learning. Attached an editable version too.

Spelling Bee Challenge booklet and testing sheet

For my Spelling Bee I created some little booklets (sheet attached on yellow card) that I stamp and date when weekly spellings are all correct. It is a great record to keep and helps when assessing children against the spelling objectives from the 2014 national curriculum. When printing back to back the sheets to turn them into booklets. Also attached an editable version and the spelling sheet I use when testing the children on their weekly lists.

Editable Spelling Bee Certificate linked to the Spelling Bee range of resources. It’s just a nice way for the children and parents to see their hard work is paying off. I usually give mine out during the weekly assembly.

Enjoy this ready made notebook that includes spelling suggestions for a daily use. At the top of each page it includes the name of the group that needs to complete their Spelling Bee Challenge (spelling test). On the rest of the page are the suggested spelling activities. Five pages for five days. It is a great resource to have ready first thing in the morning or after break/lunch where the children can go straight to their tables and complete the activities independently while you test the children on the previous week’s spellings. Enjoy x

This resource can be used as part of a spelling display. It is a fun and interactive way children can collect rewards for learning their weekly spellings. The honey pieces fit perfectly into the hexagons on the hive. Once the groups collect enough honey they can then have some sort of reward. I give my students extra playtime. It is also nice for those students who may find learning their spellings tricky and who struggle to earn rewards. I have also attached an editable version so you can alter it to your liking.
