TRJ's Science Teaching and Learning Toolbox

Average Rating4.46

Over 320 resources for the creative teacher that wants to constantly engage their learners. Mostly Science resources. (Some are 'paid for' but mostly free to download) however more whole school resources are being added all the time. https://www.youtube.com/@Thephysicsnewt

This is a presentation I used to discuss KS3 science and network with science colleagues from all over the county - this could easily be adapted to other subjects across the curriculum. See my other foldables and shop here and me follow on twitter - @TJohns85

A ppt that goes through the New Spec B2 - can be used in many ways and differentiated. Great to push for deeper student thinking - they will be doing the work, and they will know their strengths and weaknesses.

a powerpoint with pictures (no words) from the P12 spec to be used as a revision exercise. Students could have a mini white board and jot down ideas from they think the picture shows. Let me know how you use it. @TJohns85

Stretch and Challenge Graph - Getting the level of challenge right!

Hand out a graph per student as they enter the room (I keep anonymous unless they want to write their name on the back) Inform them what challenge is - a little out of their comfort zone get students to plot the points of their learning journey throughout the lesson This is a great way to reflect on your teaching - was their enough challenge. The results may surprise you.
