Enter the enchanted forest, gain help from the Golden Griffin, travel to the Creepy Castle, find the Magic Crystal (in the caves of the Murderous Mountains) and defeat the Ice Dragon! I used this story with my Year 5 class … they loved it! After reading it, they couldn’t wait to write their own quest story set in an imaginary world. 8 pages long.
