Designed to assist busy teachers stay on top of ongoing assessment requirements, while maintaining and demonstrating curriculum and syllabus alignment and making the most effective use of their clear Learning Intentions and specific Success Criteria. There is a dedicated section for points to follow up in future lessons and for student observations. Developed for use in Primary Visual Arts (Creative Arts) lessons, this recording sheet is adaptable as a cross-curricular assessment monitoring resource, able to be filled out quickly ’on the go’ , providing more information at a glance than the standard gradebook format. Ongoing assessment information recorded is easily collated for reports or conferences. It is a useful resource for casual relief (substitute) teachers and student teachers, as well as class or subject teachers.

These are fully editable PowerPoint slides, frames can be inserted, deleted, or resized as required.
