Village of 100 display
If the world were a village of 100 people… 86 would be able to read and write, 14 would not… 63 would own a mobile phone… etc
All statistics updated (Sept 2019) to reflect latest data.
Display demonstrating some global statistics and pictures of various different cultures and human geography features. Well presented and students find it very interesting.
Ready to print and put straight on the board. Minimum fuss.
Amazing Places display
Ideal display for Geography classrooms - 33 Pictures of various cool places around the world. I have set it up with a World map in the middle, pictures around the outside and string (not included!) to locate the places on the map.
Could also be adapted relatively quickly into an activity for students to try and locate different places around the world using an atlas etc
